Dining Room DIY Tongue and Groove Ceiling

Halfway through the kitchen renovation we could see how the rooms were going to flow and realized that a long term goal of replacing the dining room floor and ceiling was moving up our priority list.

The Wee Greenhouse Project

We were itching to start growing in early spring when it was still too cold to dig into the dirt! We used what we had around, old pieces of wood and windows, to create our very own greenhouse! Today it is the happy home of many sunflowers that are sprouting and all the stalk veggies were regenerating!

Regenerating Leeks

We love leeks and read that we could grow leeks from the stalk ends. We gave it a shot and were very impressed with how quickly we started to see regrowth!

DIY Shed de Garbage - A Useful COVID - 19 Project!

We needed a new garbage shed to replace our old one that was falling apart. We gave ourselves the challenge to only use supplies left over from our other projects! Some fence boards and hinges did the trick!
