About Us

Originating from the suburbs of Toronto, Rockway Farmhouse has been our labour of love for the last seven years. The change of pace and surroundings have made us savour the little things. We are so grateful for everything Rockway Farmhouse has brought into our lives and can’t wait to share more with you!

History

Rockway Farmhouse was built around 1905 and was a mixed farm with hay, grain, grapes, fruit trees and dairy cows. Later it was a Concord grape farm. Eventually, a large part of the property was sold off to become a golf course and winery. We are now surrounded by beautiful vineyards and wineries that are all part of what’s now known as the Twenty Mile Bench.

Twenty Valley

The Twenty Valley consists of Beamsville, Vineland, and Jordan in the Town of Lincoln. As the gateway to the Niagara region, Twenty Valley is the home to over fifty vineyards. From cycling the long country roads to hiking the Bruce Trail there is something for everyone. Our favourite way to spend a Saturday is travelling along the Twenty Valley route visiting wineries, artisanal bakeries, and craft breweries.
